Oh Hannover oh Maschsee ... I think I fell in love. On Saturday me and two friends went to the Maschsee Fest in Hannover and it was a great (long) day. Although we have noticed we should have stayed the night as we have missed most of the evening stuff going on because we had to catch the train back. But Hannover is a city that is just what I like in cities... clean, old architecture, bikes everywhere, full of good clothes shops and has a starbucks. And the best thing is a new Primark is going to open in Hannover at the end of the year ... I cant wait. Since moving here I seriously thought about taking a trip to Bremen for my Primark rush but now I wont need to Yay!
Well now back to Maschsee Fest. When we finally got there in a Bus packed like Sardines and sweating like pigs... it was worth it! Maschsee is much bigger then I thought and full of we stands full of food (that smelled soooo good) and of course cocktails and beer. I would not recommend going for a swim in there though. We looked in the lake and guess what we seen? Huge I mean huge Carp. They were disgusting!
