My room in the cellar smells a bit better now that I acctually lived in it and hug up a neat little bag full of dry lavender. I heard that lavender also protects against bad spirits .. I dont know if thats true but its hug over my bed anyway (too scare away the cellar ghosts haha). Me and my Granddad wallpapered two of the walls and done the ceiling (a fake wooden effect) ... I love the colour combination of my room. The white light blue and light wood colour really seems to freshen up the room, and is nice and light because I have no window :( On the wall where there should be a window im planning on hanging transparent curtains along the whole wall to soften all the wood.
Still to do: Go to Ikea and buy clothing lines and a chest of drawers maybe some candles and a better throw for the bed... (as Im sure it will get colder in here in winter .. brrrr) and of course the curtains. And then finally hang up the pictures I already have and visit fleamarkets and antique shops for vintage luggage (more clothing storage). More updates later.
