Mosaic tables and other Obsessions

Summer holidays are for relaxing going on holiday and being extremly bored once that is all done. That's the stage I am at now. Rawr.

So recently I followed one of my obsessions. Finding every possible old chair and interior design thing i could find (as you can clearly see from the above pictures). I practically planned my whole future house in a couple of days... how pathetic. But it was fun and a welcome distraction from nothing. I love mixing of old and new design, old chairs with updated fabrics. I love fabrics, so I guess I was in Fabric heaven for a couple of days and now I have 10 pages of plans in my notebook which I wont be using untill I finally get a house to do it with. Here's for waiting.

I also just got an old table on which I can finally start my mosaic table, out of bits of plates and tiles I surprisingly found on beaches. How they got there I dont have a clue, maybe a picnic at the beach or some pirates trying to get rid of their plates in a fight lol. But I am happy to have found them as they are perfect for my table. Now i just need to find more.
